Scent Work Vessels - Nose Work Hides - ANKC Scent Work - Sniffer Dog Fun
Quantity available this is how much filament I estimate to have available, items are printed to order as too many vessels / colour combinations, most start printing within 24hours if no large orders are already printing. Rare chances I get a dodgie roll but updates will be given if order is affected.
Hides have our signature paw print holes for the odour to release out of; magnetic micro paws print holes and decoy cover paw print holes line up with each other for a perfect flow from tips to our Fur Kids noses. We designed all these hides on paper, and I have an awesome 3D Modeller who puts my drawings into 3D printer readable files. (Their contract states all my ideas spoken about and ones made to final production are owned by The Fur Kids Bakery, design files can't be sold, modified or printed)
Magnetic Micro: Exposed Magnet / Embedded Magnet Vessel magnetically fit into all our 'cover/decoy hides' so you can easily move the scent into different decoy 'cover' we call them. Saves touching tips multiple times or making multiple vessels direct contact contaminated to one scent. *Embedded Magnet: This was designed to prevent magnet scratching cars due to some cars not being solid metal the embedded magnets can be weak, so we created a 2nd version Exposed Magnets for those wanting strong magnet contact. On pure metal/onto another magnet (like inside the decoy covers) embedded micros are strong but we decided to have both options for personal choice.
Decoy 'Covers': our decoy 'covers' make for fun hides, keeping our Fur Kids on their paws, from fake rocks, branches, pinecones, sunflowers, strawberry & Avocado (With more in the design phase currently) they become the covers for the magnetic micro to slot into.
Don't forget to order magnetic micros for your covers. 1 micro per odour or however many you're wanting e.g higher levels multiple per search, some people 1 colour represent 1 odour e.g Purple Birch, Red Clove, Blue Cypress, Orange Anise colour choices are personal preference.
Tube Vessel: (Suspension Hide) is non-magnetic perfect for hanging (suspended hides), brick holes, or add some bluetac to side for use anywhere, odour releases from sides and base so if in a tight hole the base hole will still release odour, opens with an easy twist cap and tips go directly into the tube no micro required. 30th March 2026 Version 2 stronger cap & embossed text for smooth surface.
Bolt: an exposed magnet perfect little hide to blend onto poles or other places were bolts would be. Add bluetac if wanting to use on other non-metal surfaces (Tips go directly inside no Magnetic Micro required) 30th March 2026 Model 2 option added a smaller 5cm length and no smooth section between nut and thread for different situations / look.
Training Treat Shelf: this 'cover' is not magnetic but once the Magnetic Micro is inserted it becomes a magnetic combo by using the micros magnet to hold it in place (we STRONGLY recommend the exposed Magnetic Micro for this combo due to the added weight of the training shelf).
Perfect for training dogs onto odour getting the treat while smelling odour to create that connection when I smell this odour, I get a reward = reward. Even trialling dogs pair every so often to reinforce that scent drive and instant pay reward.
PowerPoint Cover this is a sneaky little hide, with 3 magnets included & 3 bluetac spots it can be attached nearly anywhere on metal walls using the magnets provided or on concrete walls using blue tac. With two odours boxes available (can write on each box what odour for what side to not cross contact contaminate) slide the little lid out insert your tips and you're ready, sliding lid isn't required as they wouldn't fall out of cover is left upright. For your own choice depends on style of dog if they knock hides off put sliding lid back in so tips don't fall out if tilted/knocked off wall. White is the best option most realistic, but I put other colours for personal preference/ match modern decal. *Prior to 30th March 2026 it was 2 magnets 2 bluetac spots due to some surfaces being painted or not pure metal they slid so we upgraded it to 3 magnets & 3 blue tac spots as well as drawn red switch marks that bled alittle and potentially could fade over time has also been upgraded to printed red strips! Photos yet to be added of new upgrades*
Light Switch Cover: After the huge success of the powerpoint the best decoy we had designed we wanted to match that excitement with a light switch we got to advance ANKC level where hides are 90cm and higher as you continue so we needed another EPIC decoy that naturally sits higher up so the light switch was created March 2026. With one odour box, odour paw print holes on the bottom, embossed text on the side, this blends in alittle too perfectly my scent work trainer even tried to press button to turn light off
