The texture and presentation are what make squid a unique treat. This treat has a flat, flexible, almost rubbery texture. Squid comes in various sizes (whole, small, big), with or without tentacles, and colours ranging from light tan to dark brown. Easy to cut into smaller pieces or into your own size if you preorder request whole pieces. 

Squid may appear 'dusty' on the surface due to the natural drying process this is normal and fully edible.
